Tours @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for scheduling the guides who lead lodge tours and keeping in touch with the people who RSVP.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app shows the lodge's tour events from the website, the names, email addresses, party sizes and notes of people who RSVP, and the lodge's list of tour guides. It emails guides about RSVPs, and emails people who RSVP a reminder with a link to cancel.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
